Plasmids and Gene Libraries | Plasmids and gene libraries are available only to non-profit laboratories | Plasmid database Search (Updated November 6, 2009) |
|
| Some information is easier to find with the plasmid search
while general information is more readily available via the new catalog
interface.

| Some libraries and filters, not available from the FGSC may be found at the Arizona Genomics Institute | Aspergillus and Magnaporthe libraries are also available from the Clemson University Genomics Institute |
| The sequence of the pLORIST6xh cloning vector is online in genbank |
In most cases, the E. coli strain is JM101 or DH5-alpha. In some cases, we do not know in what strain the clone was deposited.
