un-17	IIIR. Between tyr-1 (4%) and dow (23 to 28%) (818).Heat sensitive, 34°C versus 25°C (507). Ascospores containing un-17 are white or slow to mature (D.D. Perkins, unpublished data). Shows rapid, exponential death at 35 C, which is averted by cycloheximide or conditions allowing no protein synthesis. Altered phospholipid synthesis (508). Also cold sensitive and osmotic remediable at 11°C (701). Allele T51M171 is called 25 or TS25 in references 507 and 508.	IIIR	B
