Haploidization of diploids
Benlate: final concentration 2ug/ml.  Stock solution 200ug/ml in ethanol. Use 2ml/200ml medium
p-fluorophenylalanine: final concentration 2.5ug/ml.  Stock solution 100ug/ml. Use 2.5ml/200ml medium
Reduction of background growth in nitrogen utilization tests, transformant selection etc.
Caesium chloride: final concentration 12.5mM
Conidial suspension
Tween 80: 0.01%.  Stock solution 0.1%. (May inhibit growth if excess in medium)
Diethyl ether: 1% in sterile distilled water (Removes germination inhibitor, use for high density inocula)
