Google announced new search features and we integrated them in the FGSC web-site today. They allow you to specify which web-sites to search and so we can limit searches to, for example, the Fungal Genetics Newsletter. Halloween is right around the corner. We bought pumpkins from the local boy scout troop, and it was the FGSC Director Emeritus and his son who were selling them. Dr. Jay Dunlap is coming to the School of Biological Sciences at UMKC to deliver a seminar on Thursday, October 26th.  His title is "Genetic and Molecular Dissection of a Simple Circadian System"
